It's been at that translation progress for a few months now. What is taking them so long seems to be validating the lines.

I thought it just got to 99% in December? Yeah, it'll probably be a few weeks after it hit's 100% to be released because of that.

not 6% its .6% thats a big difference.

and you are correct it only hit 99% recently the other times were people attempting to submit machine translations.

good news: only .5% are untranslated
bad news: they still need to validate around 25% of the translated lines
and based on what i saw on the forum. most of the lines translated are google TL'd

...so basically we're waiting for a machine translation?

If they're trolling, they have bad taste, if they're serious, this is BS of the highest caliber.

if i remember correctly.
anyone can submit their own translation but there will be a validation/QC check by the project staffs

in short. the "real" progress is the validated part of the translation which is currently at 74.6
BTW. the translation thread is quite active

if you mean removed at the patch or fixed thru proper translations then yes.
what i mean is that the progress is not actually 99.5% since there is a chance that the unvalidated lines are machine TL'd

I copied that untranslated line "は。全部ねーちゃんに言って殺されかけたっけ。素面素籠手でさ"

and ran it thru google T, and it spit out the same mess!
