I must ask, why would they do that? Why would they even bother hiring translators when they can translate it THEMSELVES? Although, I know they probably wouldnt, cause translating a VN is extremely hard work. Hopefully Beast Lair gets it done soon, but hey, it's 2 people and 1 huge project, so it might take a bit longer.

Even if 10 people worked on it, it would still be a lot of work. And I doubt many people would dedicate all of their time to tranlate a VN. Just be happy that it's being translated. If you're not happy with that fact, then go learn Japanese yourself and try tranlating it. That works too.

What do you mean? Fate/Zero is a series of light novels and it's already on the internet.

Alright I'm officially stumped. Is there any way to have this game work properly after installation (on a vista x64 OS if that's a factor). It prevents me from saving in the game though on my last attempt it seems to have at least passed the prologue.

When I try to save a window pops up, followed by a blue window and sub window. Then the game closes. It seems to talk a lot about this save data folder but I see no such thing.

Seems I might have eluded the problem by changing my DVD drive to J (I also have an actual copy of the game). If I have any further issues I'll be sure to bring them up.

This has been like 3 years in the making so it is reeeeeaaaaalllllyy about time it was translated. The translator was doing the job solo, but now finally wants help - so if you know another language that this VN has already been translated to please offer your help :D

Maybe I could help with the translation, but I don't feel that confident... plus there is the spoiler factor to consider. Anyway, Is there an up to date status on the translation? I'm not asking when it's going to come out or bug anyone, I just want to know how much has already been done.

His last stated progress in numbers...he has stated working on a couple more scenes so i guess its somewhere around 40-50%, maybe more then half...who knows..

The NoDVD patch appears to be a Trojan to my system. There might have been an error that happened during the upload, so I'd recommend re-uploading it when possible, KLoWn.

Sometimes, some antivirus like ESET, Kaspersky, Norton... detect this files as a virus cause the dvd patch, that happens sometimes but you dont have to worry, just tell to your antivirus system "let it pass", or "add to the thrust list".

note that this project only aims to complete a rough (but playable) draft. Once (and if) that is done, the draft will likely have to go through many stages of editing (likely by a single person) before being anywhere near a "quality" release.
