let me put that in a more softer tone, then.
-You rely too much on translators.

People said "I only read DEEP story Vns" but they rely too much on translators even though there's a Lot of Deep storied VNs recommended by VN sites and the Japanese Fans hanging around getting dust, not getting the attention of Translators.

If you like something that much, why not be pro-active and actually read it without waiting and relying.

For myself, I realized my love for Vns started in Highschool. Noticing that I'm confined by the language barrier and cannot play more VNs because of that simple problem, I decided to overcome that barrier myself, without relying on anybody, hence the self-study for 3 years, and "I don't have time" reason: I studied between classes. and about "I don't have the money": I only bought a beginners book for Hiragana and KAtakana, a Dictionary and KAnji dictionary.


This may look as me boasting or belittling non Japanese readers, but isn't it time that all of you actually try and learn.

How is that a bad thing? If they're doing a good job then there's no reason not to.



Wouldn't it be better you actually tell the people that translate VN's that? What use is it to me?
I've been hearing you say this shit for 2 years, i already know your stance on the eng/jap Vn translation choices.



Because of a very simple reason, people DON'T have the time to nerd language lessons or whatever the fuck you want us to do, or they just simply have other interests alongside VN's and CHOOSE to rely on the people being nice enough to translate VN's for us because of these very reasons just stated.


There's more than enough translated VN's to keep me, and the majority, occupied, and with many more translated VN's on the way we ain't gonna run out anytime soon.

There's absolutely no need to learn japanese to be able to enjoy Visual Novels unless you absolutely have to play 'em all, or some certain series.

Time isn't a matter, when I was in Highschool, My school time was from 6 am till 3 pm (that's already 10 hours), not including extracurricular activities and cram school. I study between classes and at recess. then continue it at home while keeping on with my school studies. Eventhough I only have 5 days of school, this doesn't mean I have don't have activities in saturdays and sundays

One f the factors I wrote it like that because I'm fed up with people saying "Too bad it's Japanese, can't play it even though it's good".
