Hmmm... it doesn't say what percentage the translation is to completion... Not that it matters as long as the game gets to the finish line with the translation...

with the previous patch, i'd say the majority was finished. only Saber's H-scene was completed though. I'd played for about 2 weeks, until I hit a non-translated scene, then maybe about 3 random scenes more before the end, were finished.

Link in the second line of the translation's home page to translation interface, you can tell what's translated there. It seems it's sorted by location though, not routes. But haven't played the game yet so can't really tell.
