I guess it's maybe either the fact I only started with 5 units or so, and they always storm my base with APCs.
I snuck around and took some cities, looks like I'm doing fine now.

Hey, just wanted to share a map I made with the map editor. Its crazy hard, I suggest you use artillery.
Oh and for an extra challenge try it with only the basic suits.
If anyone wants I'll upload some more crazy hard maps.
*To play just open the map file with the "original mode" in the main menu.

Could someone give a walkthough for this or some hints to me complete the first battle

It's me that are being just to noob or the game is hard itself ?
i remember advanced wars being much more easy than this.
the objective for the first mission is eliminita all enemy units?

Not just any unit.It must be an infantry unit or AKA "IZEN" units

Ah...
So it becomes even more harder,since the infantry unit die so easily anything that is not a infantry itself.
EDIT:lol,was just rushing out of the bat,that was i was stuck on the first mission,now things are going smoothly.thanks for the hints.

thats why you should spam izen's (the cheap ones and the mobility up ones they get exp for taking bases so you don't have to worry about killing with them) along with heavy units like nei:tank (i like her best as the german tank) later on you can use souka units to transport izens to the middle of enemy territory to break the lines inbetween

Just downloaded and played this game....
To begin the battle without at least give an in-game tutorial about capturing opponent's HQ is really quite cruel..... :( Lost many infantry units to the scout vehicle unit.... And only after that read the manual.... LOL.

why is that every time I try to dl something 500mb+, it always ends up being a corrupted file T_T
anyway, can someone uhm divide the 500mb and redownload it as 250mb per dl ^_^'

I know it's a late reply, but lemme guess... you're using megamanager, aren't you?
If you are, use megamanager ONLY FOR UPLOADING FILES. DLing with it can be a pain at times.
