Description:
Reiji is a private detective. One day, he receives a strange offer from a girl, "Please look for... me. True me." Its because I got a new ISP some days ago, picked the getchu's tops and started uploading XD :P

They have just finished translating the scripts and are like 45% done on editing so should be out in a week or two i would imagine.

Did anyone else get a virus from scanning this file?... I scanned the archives, found nothing, then when I mounted the image it said it has Trojan horse.

I made this account to lurk, but here I find myself, posting. Anyway some relevant stuff about the translation patch, it'll still happen.
From one of the patch staff:
"This does not mean the project has been dropped."
"Sad when you're a big fan of their games, yes. The team has put far to much effort into KnS to let all our efforts go to waste. I stress once again: There will be a release sometime in the near future."
I'm glad that it's still going, just figured I would leave this here for those who didn't know what's going on.

Are these things being taken down by the game-makers? I personally think it would be stupid to avoid an entirely different set of potential customers(aside from 96% of FAKKU visitors). Unless the game-makers just want to release their own patch for a money-grab. I'm afraid at that point though I'd rather politely tell them to go pound sand than buy a copy of something that would have been a free project. Besides the fact that this totally wastes a group of people's desire to make and share the project. I may have just mistaken some things so correct me if I'm wrong.

One of the reason probabbly is
I guess foreign sales for them is not really significant, therefore it's better to cancel the translation projects for any future potential sale of copyright (example to mangagamers).

It was the company that sent the C&D. A lot of VN companies seem to be against having a foreign market as of late, which is a shame. Realistically though, there is a very small market in the West for these things, but trying to get rid of patches doesn't really spread good will toward your company. I bought a copy of Kara no Shoujo, and it sucks that it came to this. Pirates are going to pirate regardless of their ability to actually understand what they are reading/clicking through and moves like this may swing some people over to the side of "fuck them, I'll just steal it then". It would be understandable if they were to go the Nitro+ route or Mangagamer, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen. Oh well, still getting the patch so w/e.
