[KEY] Kanon -Standard Edition]

Usually yes, however in Kanon- not quite.

When patching Kanon for the first time, the patch wizard had the option to backup the old "REALLIVE.EXE", which I'm fairly sure everyone ticked (or rather, didn't tick it off). Therfore, before runing the new patch, you need to throw out your current "REALLIVE.EXE" and change the name of "REALLIVE.EXE.BAK" to "REALLIVE.EXE". This should keep your save games still good.

By the way, the new patch makes the voice fully work.

Anyone else getting trouble with the voices on day 26 of Mai/Saiyuri's route?

Edit: Seems Day 26 of said route is the only one so far with the voices failing.

If the voice patch BioAlien used is the same as what I used, then the Voice Patch SHOULD work with the English Patch. Instead of extracting everything into the Kanon_SE folder, extract the Voice Patch in another location, then just drag and drop the KOE folder into Kanon_SE folder.

For those who are running the voice patch, if you find it annoying that the background music fades every time a character speaks, then follow these steps:

1. Right click within the game screen.

2. Hover over Setup > until another menu pops up.

3. Select BGM Fading.



4. Then in the BGM Fading menu, select the second option.



5. Select OK and enjoy the game without annoyances. :)

Can I install that manager into usb drive?
I mean it can be resumed from usb drive...

I...don't see why the .exe wouldn't work but why? I mean if it's on a comp without internet it's a useless program and if you honestly need to download it from a friends comp cause your internet is so bad, then you have bigger issues to worry about.

I just want to know if..
-I install this manager into usb drive or external drive...
-and download files using it...
-can it be resumed after I paused it?
(the concept is same when you're install it into hard disk,but in this case into usb drive...)

1) It can be done, however you'd probably need a .reg file to ad it to the registry- I can't write them myself, however I heard it's easy. Forgive me, I'm not as bored as to look up how to do it for you.
2)Not sure what you ment, however, the manager itself has a box where you can copy the URL of the file you want to download, if that's what you asked about.
3)Most of the times yes, yet I'd also download and instal the Megaupload toolbar if I were you- it makes that fun with MU more stabile (a bit of "Pro-family politics" from the developers of MU). This however requires to be instaled on the hard drive.

I appreciate the upload but the patch files folder is giving me a hard time as i dont know where to replace the .seen files etc etc maybe you should include some instructions in the OP

I've extracted everything from the patch file into my Kanon_SE folder but everything is still in Japanese :( anyone know what I did wrong?

Ah, I see that somebody might be making a custom installer. I'll just wait for that then, should be much easier. ^_^
