You should be using Winrar
If you used winrar and you failed to extract, what was the error shown? Which rar file did you have problems with? You might need to redownload that specific file

Try copying the error message word for word if you find that you don't know how to post a screenshot. Coming up with your own summarised version of what happened from your point of view doesn't help troubleshooting.

i don't see any exe
The installation directory folder, your kira kira directory, the place where everything of the game is placed. Just copy pasta the ipl.bp in it.

I believe that the bass will be the same one, since it is the sister.

Sequel actually doesn't have to be continue as long as character is related or time and place is almost same.
