When people like me, who can answer the question, don't come into places like this, because we're too busy hacking the internet, we miss lots of things.
Integrated graphics is your problem. No game ever throws any level of support for int cards on laptops, and only if your laptop is very recent and using mainstream drivers [for instance, my laptop has an 8400GT M in it, and I'm using the 8400GT drivers for desktop models of the card, no problems] will any recent games run with any playability. But even then, that's not a good trade-off. Use a desktop, they'll be the best solution for a very very long time. Mmm modular parts.
What you should do: Turn the graphics down to the lowest possible resolution [1024x768 or 640x480 if possible] and dip the graphics settings to low [AA AF - OFF/BILINEAR], with V-Sync OFF. Stuff like that.
