I kind of wish he could take a day off and crack down on it so he can get it done and take a real break and just hand it off to someone else. It seems like his life is way to crazy right now for this.

He might want to surprise us all by releasing the full patch on the next patch release. He did write a post saying "My passion for eroge and eroge translation hasn’t gone away, but my time I could devote to it has dwindled down insanely. For now, I’ll just say that I’ll finish Majikoi even though it may take a while. But if some group feels I am not going fast enough, they are welcome to start translating and get something out before me". Just giving my opinion.

Just chill guys he is doing what he can on the translation he just sorta has a life unlike some people, not pointing any fingers, so just sit back grab a drink and chill otherwise do it yourself if you are going to complain.

You need a program such as Crass (downloadable tool through TLWiki.org) and have it unpack the "Stand.pac" file in your Majikoi folder. Works for the other pac files if you wanted the music, faces, etc.
I wont go in depth on how to use it, its way too straightforward to require a guide.
