... I can't believe I'm answering this, but no. None of the male routes have H-scenes. Only the female ones.

at first i really thought that you know when you follow the male route you end up having h scenes well that was stupid even for me, but even so i can't wait for majikoi to be fully translated there are so many characters i haven't met yet

It's not really a route, but like the hermit crab route, it's a kind of inner joke and that's what fans named it. The entire scenes take about 2 minutes. But it's still entertaining :D.

Little Busters is about the closest VN I've seen in terms of amount of youth and friendships. Even the jokes are almost similar.
