Try to temporary uninstall CCCP and run that scene again. If it still freezes go to the ffdshow video configuration (write that in the start menu if you're using Windows Vista or Seven), then on the left side of a window that will open up you'll see something named "DirectShow control". Add the muv luv executable in the "Don't use ffdshow in:". If it doesn't work, remove the muv luv executable from "Don't use ffdshow in:" and add it in "Use ffdshow only in:". If the problem still persists try running the game executable as admin, use the compatibility mode, uninstall the game and install it in a different folder, disable your anti virus.
If you're still stuck I'm out of ideas right now. It would be better to do some research on google for example.
