Because MU and I are tight. MU can hold up 500 mb files, while MF can only hold 200. For larger files, MU is much more ideal. And as shadowblade said, MU has a better download speed than MF. I'll try and re-upload all my stuff over the weekend.

So I just made a simple check on whether it was compatible.
I checked only the Encyclopedia but everything ran fine.
The sections that were translated were translated, and the monsters past those (untranslated) worked as well.

So for the current patch, the save is compatible.
Unless they add something else to the patch, I'd think that the patches in the future will be compatible as well.

Before we start making silly assumptions, the important information you have to provide us with is what hardware are you running on.

Well I'm using windows7 with an i5 processor and a 7200rpm hard drive.

Edit: It's also a laptop.

I guess the biggest appeal for this series is its content; I'm honestly not too attracted to the story (decent development but has little going for it since it's content-focused), and the concept is OK.

I'm also using a laptop running Windows 7, my processor is also i5, and you have a better hard drive than I do... so it might be interference from background programs like anti-viruses, firewalls, audio/visual enhancements etc.

I was wondering if someone can re-upload the Full Save File from the first game to mediafire

Unfortunately, I never actually used the TDHurricane's full save file, so I don't have the file itself. Let's hope someone else has it, and uploads it.

Well if it's this then... No clue. I'll admit that. I use i5 as well but on a desktop. The CPU usage goes up a bit when starting the program but dies down after a few seconds, which is typical and nothing weird.

I'm pretty sure it's the game. When I start it up it jumps to 30-35% and while it running my cpu stay at 20-25%. I don't really mind since it's only that much tho, I was just wondering if it's doing it for everyone else.
