In the task manager is the installation program still running? If it is, terminate it and try again. Also, go to the CD folder and try running the "SETUP.EXE" (the "StartUpApp.exe" calls this file).
Try also disabling windows aero, use the compatibility and admin mode.

Which file did you mount? In my case, it didn't request a CD. I installed without problems.

Mount? i didn't did something like that, and how do you do that?

The Melty Blood that you downloaded comes in a compressed file and when you extract you'll have what are called CD images. To mount them is to basically emulate them. Check the FAQs and Tutorials thread, second post to see how to do it.

got it, it's now installed, but now it doesn't open, everytime i try to open the game it simply doesn't open, what's happening now?

Have you read through the FAQs and Tutorials thread yet?
You might be having an issue with either unicode settings or administrative rights. Change your system to Japanese, and running the game as admin. Consult the aforementioned FAQs and Tutorials if you don't know how.

If this still doesn't work, give us some screenshots of the problem.

Am I supposed to get just videos from the Plus Disc and Kagetsu Tohya? With Tsukihime I got a disk image after using 7-zip.

You should get a disc image for both Kagetsu Tohya and the Plus Disc as well. Should decompress into a .bin and .cue file. Mount the .cue as per usual with disc images and you should be fine. The Tsukihime disc was in a different format so maybe that confused you.

Hopefully that helps, if not you'll have to explain what exactly you're getting out of the archives.

Wait a minute.... Tsukihime has it's own link, and Melty Blood as far as I remember it wasn't a Visual Novel, it was an arcade game based off of Tsukihime. Also swordieEX, I have a version of Melty Blood but I don't know how to upload it.

Melty Blood is both a fighting game and visual novel. You could say the same thing about games like Rance and Kamidori. They're turn-based RPG/tactics games, but are also visual novels. It's also listed on VNDB, which I'm pretty sure is fairly strict with what they include and what they don't.
