Finally, here comes the 2nd Story of Rance's Epic Journey, Rance 02 - Hangyaku no Shoujotachi -, I usually post updates when there are more than 2 new finished translation, but this is an exception.

You must get ALICE 2010, because the patch was made for the Remake Rance 2. Currently there are no individual Installations for Rance 02.
Short Synopsis
Ten years ago in the town of Custard four young girls were appointed as disciples to old mage Ragithis. They were to be raised as mages and then to work as town's guardians. But after the ten years of training due to unknown reason girls rebelled against Ragithis and killed him. During the harsh magic battle a whole town were entombed in the underground and a barrier spell was put on town preventing everyone from going out. This is when Rance appears with Sill on his side, and taking a job of defeating magician maidens and saving the town. (Alicesoft wikia)

Man, this took a lot of work to finish, but its done and I still don't get to sleep. Onto Rance 3!!!

Just a note, the translation patch doesnt seem to translate the opening movie, but it translates the rest fine. I was a tad concerned that I had stuffed it up, but you just have to wait through the intro, which I dont think you can skip...

Yea... not translating the movie was a choice I made with the fact that I would have to repack the movie into a file type that I have never seen before.

Im not criticising you or anything, I think its amazing what you've done - its more I thought the translation patch had failed at first... Thanks again for your hard work :)

Created an account just to get this game, oh how i love this series... anyways, having some problems!
Game installed just fine (once i changed my region settings and such) but i seem to be having some problems with getting the translation patch to actually work.
I put the rar in the rance folder (c:/alicesoft/アリス２ï¼ï¼‘ï¼/ランスï¼ï¼’ and went into the Rance02_english patch folder, used the patch file, it executes and runs fine, but nothing is actually changed once i get into the game.
Also tried executing the patch from the ランスï¼ï¼’ folder and not from inside the patch folder (broke the game, reinstalled) and from the アリス２ï¼ï¼‘ï¼ folder (nothing happened)
At a loss here, i dearly love the series and would greatly appretiate some help here, am i just missing something obvious here?
Anyways keep up the great work <3

You need to put all the files, into the game folder. Don't put the files in another folder.
