The game does have an option to change the volume of and test voices, but there do not appear to be any in the game.
Both background music, sound effects and cg are all working fine, and sound effects seem to trigger at appropriate moments - meaning that it probably isn't a scripting problem, either.
The only problem I actually had with installation was that there wasn't a /sound/ folder...so I just created one, and all was well. Seeing as I lacked one folder, it could be that the OP's download files are corrupt, and that the voices are missing from the files. That's a pretty big thing to miss, though.
Seeing as no one has said voices are working, I'd assume that it simply isn't supported with the crack.
That said, it still seems to be a pretty decent VN, with an at-least competent translation. Come to think of it, I hadn't even realised it lacked voices before someone mentioned it. Huh.
So either I'm an inattentive dumbass or the game's plot makes up for it.

It's not voiced, one reason TLwiki translating this Nitro+ game was because Jast doesn't need unvoiced games. They actually asked Jast about it IIRC.

Well, I figured out how to extract the data... I had to "run as administrator" with ExtractData, but, I'm currently trying to extract the english patch, and it does copy over some of the files, but there are errors that pop up, and I'm not sure how to fix them. The errors, I'm receiving are posted in the spoiler.

*sigh* I do not like rape scenes, so this game doesn't actually perk my interest, but seeing that this protagonist is one hell of an assassin and is gonna get revenge, I'm looking forward to seeing how the bad guys will be slashed and sliced and dissected, fufufu. Oh, bursting heads and a steel pipe going through the mouth is good too. (If there are scenes like that)

followed the Installation Instructions, game runs but half of the cg doesn't show up. i checked the cg folder and those cgs are not missing. i ran install, extractdata, and game all in applocal.

edit: got it working. the problems was the japanese filenames for the cg files as expected. simply running everything in applocale doesn't seem to cut it. have to change the system locale to japanese. this is done though control panel -> regional and language options -> administrative -> change system locale.

Looks like a good game. Would try it right away if I hadn't had, like, 6 waiting for me to be read first.
But a futurism is quite an untouched thing in visual novels, so will definitely try it out some time.
