They gave Arcanine the ability Encourage and Close Combat.
Encourage nullifies all secondary effects and increase a moves power 1.5x
Meaning he can do flare blitz at 240 base power and not recieve the 1/3 recoil damage he is supposed to get from using a recoil move. In the sun that's increase another 1.5, meaning his flare blitz has more base power than kyogre's water spout in the rain. Close Combat is brought up to 160 without him getting any defense drop.
Something else that is broken is water goggles. Anyone who is not a water pokemon holding water goggles is put to sleep for the rest of the match. Put water goggles on a aerodactyl and use the moves
