God this game scared the shit out of me. >.>

Ya i had that problem too, first thing i did is to update my directx from microsoft directx web updater.
I still have the error after the update only to find out i set my hardware acceleration to none. Changed it to full and problem solved.

after the scene where the prince kid tells me to grab his had it goes all white and then it says not responding can some1 plz help me.

First check your directx for any error listed(warning sign) test them in all the tabs
Second update your directx here

I set my hardware acceleration to full at my display properties, was using dx9 so i'm not sure about yours

Well I've updated and my hardware acceleration was already set to full, but it still doesn't work.

EDIT: Well I changed one of the compatability properties to "Run in 256 colors" and it started working, however it's in fullscreen even though it says its window mode and I'm unable to change it.

can some one plz help me, after the scRne where you fall off the roof and then you reach to grab the princes hand my game screen goes white and then it says that the program is not responding any idea on how to fix this, mabey a save after the scene would help. but i have no idea where to put the save file

i got same saves, and it does this to me whenever the screen fades to wite or black and the music plays

yea i got the same problem, i tried reinstalling too :( it hangs after the part when it say "take up the sword..."

It says I'm playing in window mode, but it plays in fullscreen and the game doesn't allow me to change to fullscreen or window, anyone else have this problem?
