My best guess would be that they'll have you kill other players then harvest human blood from their corpses (which means you can't invade beast-mode players as a beast?). It's unlikely that PvP is going to be the only way to turn human and Masaaki Yamagiwa from Japan Studio said they'll talk more about online later on this year. Considering it's only been four days since Bloodborne's confirmation it's probably best to wait for more concrete information.
Well, we're gonna need some offline way to get human blood, because online console playing is something people in Bangladesh can't really do.

Blood mechanic sounds amazing because in the Souls series you would consume souls but besides morale implications there wasn't really much weight to doing so. I also love the idea of offensive gameplay in Bloodborne, there were too many encounters in the souls series that were passive and favored shield builds.
On a side note the weapon that the Bloodborne is using in the clips is a double barreled shotgun, so expecting lever-action guns is not too far fetched?
It is just an alternative way, as it was in dark souls if you helped someone.

I like the ability to sap health when receiving damage, more aggressive play style encouragement. Also Ruby's Crescent Rose from RWBY would be frickin awesome or at least homage to something from RWBY.
So my hope is that players will be able to transform into a beast and have a completely different style of PvP gameplay for online.

This guy played the demo and did an organized analysis of it. He commented on how blood vials(healing pots) can be dropped by regular mobs, that might change but I could still see mobs dropping them. Furthermore if you have really good reflexes it seems like you can get out of most battles with full HP because of the recovery system.

I kept thinking the Witches of Izalith when I saw those sorceresses.
In the epilogue, that animation looks like a multiplayer feature. Similar to summoning signs perhaps?
EDIT: 30m gameplay, yep today was good.
The guy playing kind of sucks and the girl is vaguely annoying.
February 6th 2015 release date! Ps4 exclusive apparently.
EDIT 12/8/2014: Bloodborne to be procedurally generated. Depends on the extent of the procedural generation and how good it is but I would say it's going to increase replay value. Whip sword, please let there be a castlevania style grab.
