EDIT: Fixed. If anyone else has this problem, turn off the Matrix options on your speakers.

Hey, I am having a bit of a problem; I installed the game fine and all. But when I lunch it a message in gibberish pops up and after I click that, the screen go’s black, crashes, then go’s back to the desk top, and tells me that it has stopped working.

I have tried installing direct 9 updates, all the other workarounds mentioned in this forum and nothing seems to work. I even tried the registry editor. Any one got any ideas.

Japanese locale?

Funny thing, when I first installed it, my pc was set to Japanese local.
Only difference being the gibberish was in Japanese. Another thing I forgot to mention was when I click on install it takes an abnormally long time to go to administrative rights.

Usually 15 to 20 minuets, I think I am the only one who has this thought, since now one else has mentioned it yet.

if it's still gibberish.. :

1. MAke sure that you have installed the EAST ASIAN language pack
2. make sure that you really changed it to Japanese local/unicode
3. reset
4. ????
5. profit

yup theres no expansion, that's just a fan-rewrite for the game.

Hmm thx alot for DL i've been looking for this game for a while XD, BTW when i installed the game my Anti-virus found a "trojan:win32/bumat!rts" coming from the trainer and the .exe file im trying to get rid of it but not much luck ever other time i run the scan its still there any suggestions any1?
