guys i need help...expert help, no i mean FAKKU help, seriously i suck at this. Well ok im not that bad but u know. anyways i cant find the emporer's sword and i dont even know what route im on =.= i need to kill that orochi snake thing.....and apparently ur supposed to find the sword in Izumo but i cant find it, so i either get a game over after losing to Orochi or I lose Fukka (which sux!!!) any help is appreciated ^^

well lets hope your on the right route, if there is an if in the lower right hand corner next to rance name your on one of the 3 routes(ran, kenshin or yamamoto, 4 if you count kill the monkey) if not then your on the true route, the only way to obtain the sword is on the true or kenshin route

i believe that isn't much too important, you're on the "Natori" Character Clear which is conflict with "Tamagushi Fuuka" Character Clear

i don't think it has anything to do with the conflicts, i mean yea he have to get them pretty far in the relationship,but they told him where the sword is at, and hes pretty far for clearing natori, but then again i could be wrong

I cannot believe how awesome this game is. I am behind on three projects because this game is so immersive. Sometimes I skip the sex scenes just to play the strategy portions. Rockin' it, Jacob!!

Yeah. Its high replay value is killing the shit out of me. I think I've restarted the game about four times already trying to at least get past the Tokugawa House with 30 points in tact. I don't know if it's possible. I'll probably look at a game FAQ tomorrow. Cheers.

God I love this game! I've cleared all routes, unlocked all families except Tekada (their next on my hit list) and got a best top score of 105. I've only got 10 CG scenes left to unlock. I know where three of them are, (Agreda, The road to hades and Ran route clear before getting her to love which I missed when I cleared her route) But I've no clue where the other 7 might be :O.
This game is Sooo addictive! I'm thinking of learning Japanese just so I can go play the other ones in the series.
Does anyone know if there is a way to get the hidden character mage (can't remember her name) that comes after you call for Maria above hate or anyway to clear her?

Too bad, She's not clearable. I suggest playing other Rance games to "clear" her. :P

Too bad, She's not clearable. I suggest playing other Rance games to "clear" her. :P
