you don't change the regional settings, change the Unicode settings to Japanese.Changing to regional only changes your system time, currency etc.. etc..
If you did it right, that blue box shouldn't have appeared, since the blue box usually means "Unicode settings is not Japanese"

Seconded, it got the same vibe as g-senjou no maou probably because of the same developer, but still is a great game

The walkthrough posted here got the Touka's ending slot wrong is it? It should be slot 2 instead of slot 1.
EDIT: Now that I think of it, I'm reminded of Ikigami, a recent manga. The nation will kill a few random people when they reach the age of 25 so as to inspire the value of life. This is just another parallel world with different parameters.

*sigh* im only missing 3 things in this game
1 a hentai scene i got all sachi,touka, and his sister but i may be missing natsumis
2. im missing natsumis ending
3. a big chunck of her CG
any tips?
or are you supposed to go through all routes and say no to every girl?
