I'm not playing this without BGM goddammit. That aspect is a bit too important for me to just play without with.
Does anyone has any idea how to fix this problem?

You get BGM somewhere around after Prologue.

But yeah if people would read the entire thread before asking questions, there wouldn't bee so many darn questions to be asked :/.

Sadly it is. Also, my question hasn't been answered yet. It gets somewhat confusing without voices you know.
But it's still playable (of this time I'm probably 1/2 through). It's just that I want to know what their voices sound like... XD

Well, I actually did read the entire thread, but because someone commented right after that he did had BGM, it made me a bit confused.

Yeah. That would be me; I've got BGM, during the game, and on the title screen.

So there's supposed to be music playing at the title screen? Everyone's saying fuckin opposite things...

I don't know whether there's 'supposed' to be or not. All I know is that I have it.

I have Bgm and Voices through everything.

You "unlock" BGM @ title screen after you "unlock" BGM in game(as someone else said, around first option), or at least that's how it went for me. Anyway, just play the game till you get BGM.It's there!

Voices are present from the very beginning so don't know how to help you there Ophaq. Try reinstalling/downloading. But as you're already half way in, doubt you'll do that xD. Not missing much though, but it makes you feel the game more.

OK. I will make a mini guide according to how I did it.
Here is a way to install this game for those who need to know although I still have to find out if you will be able to use the voices after this.
Step 1. I installed the 3 parts and moved the parts to a new folder and used WinRar to extract them into the folder I created (I named it Swan Song but you can name it whatever you want if you chose creating a new folder like I did).

Step 2. After that was done, the .cdi files had to be mounted with DAEMON Pro (or in another case you are using MagicISO) that I downloaded after searching on the internet how to mount files and such. Since DAEMON Pro is a trial, it has limited days until you cannot use it anymore.

Step 3. Now, back onto what I was saying (typing) earlier. After the mounting process was finished the game worked.
[i]To mount the game using DAEMON Pro or MagicISO, follow these steps:
1. Run the English translation installer and go to custom and click the check box to install the game if it is not already checked and then go onto the next step.
2. Afterward, choose create a desktop icon if not already chosen and then go onto the next step.
3. Once it tells you to insert disc 1, right click the DAEMON/MagicISO icon in the task bar and go to Virtual Devices > Your (F: drive) or the drive your game is in > Mount Image > The first .cdi file.
4. Repeat this with the second .cdi file and it should work. You may need to do it a couple times and it might be unresponsive. If it is unresponsive then go to Task Manager and close it and try again.
Please be aware that this is probably not for everyone as there are other ways you might want to install this. I will mention once again that I have no voice effects so I don't know if this is an installation error or the way the game was installed. I do not know if the same thing will happen to you or not. Except for that, everything else works fine. I HOPE THIS HELPS!

EDIT: A program called MagicISO mounts the .cdi files pretty easily too. Try MagicISO before trying DAEMON because it is easier to use. I got the voices to work with this so if you have tried DAEMON and have not gotten the voices to work, then try this. Download MagicISO from their website!

i was going to use that deamon thing but didn't want to pay so iso buster is free and easy to use but i try to link a working version soon so install and use no cdi aka iso busting. does anyone know where to host it because it over a gb.

install.
on the tool bar push file to image file the cdi file swan_song 1.cdi (should be five if using the ones on the front page, i use the torrent two files)
the screen is split on the left side there should be a dir tree click the red iso under track 1.
go back to the tool bar click file to swan disc1 there should be a iso box that red click on it and go to extract swan disc1.
store it and repeat for the rest of the cdi files and intall it like any program.
when i did it was in alpha code in your it might be in japanese.
it will stop for you to change the path screen to the next file so do it in order.
and the translation patch you know what to do. if you want to wait for the link to be uploaded your going to wait a long time. aka morning here so 3 pm cali time

I think I might go and try WinCDEmu as mounting only takes a double clicking to the .cdi file.
