Had trouble saving and sorta found a solution.
Extract the two files(sys.sav and save_01.sav) in å…¨CGæ¡£ to the folder where you installed Tears to Tiara.
If you did and still can't save, make a copy of "save_01.sav", rename it to "save_02.sav", then overwrite "save_01.sav" in the save screen.

eh i have a problem.when i installed the game I had to put in the environmental settings or whatever.But when I opened up the program it just said that it stopped working,without showing anything.when i re-installed the english patch and tried to rerun the environmental settings,there was an error saying:
Unable to execute file;
D:\Visual Novels\Tears to Tiara\TtT English.exe
CreateProcess Failed;code 740
The requested operation requires elevation.
How do I solve this problem?pls pls pls help me...(D:\Visual Novels\Tears to Tiara\TtT English.exe is the directory for the file)oh yes this problem occurs before and after i install the english patch.

Oh, ummm for the people having trouble with saving and all that, if you are using Vista, then you will need to give the game admin privileges. Once you do that, you'll be able to save.
