Description
Due to family troubles, Ren Uesugi and his sister, Mihato, leave their home. They end up moving to the city but find themselves with a lack of money. Yeah, if you want it to run in english, it won't be perfect but possibly close enough and if you didn't already know. To set up the language I think you first go to your Control Panal, then double click on the Regional and Language Options, next you click on the Advanced Tab, then finally you change the non-Unicode language to Japanese. But I haven't installed the Japanese Language Pack yet, so I don't know if it will show up in there, so it's just speculation.

Also a shorter way might be to just download the program AppLocale and set the language from there for each of your games. Just go to this link to download the program:

I'm almost certain that you must have installed east language support from the disc before being able to use applocale with Japanese. If you don't have a disc for some reason I can only suggest that you "acquire" one somehow. It doesn't have to be the original disc, any one of the same OS version should do.
