I have my hiragana/katakana down. My problem is some of the Kanji and just general vocab. My Japanese classes tend to focus on grammar more so than anything else...

I was fine with 10-3 (even though I don't quite agree with placement) they are all great games (except Cross Channel, I withhold opinion on that as I have not played it).
But Sharin, while great... does not deserve a #2 spot to me. He must have really enjoyed it a lot more than I ever did.
And really? Shinken at #1? This was posted almost IMMEDIATELY after the Wanko translation was uploaded, I smell something off here. (I would put it IN the list perhaps, just not nearly that high. I think he might be high on JUST FINISHED LOVE.)
Really, that is the only thing that bothers me. Not his CHOICES, just his PLACEMENT. I am ok with this since it was a personal list overall, everyone is entitled to like what they want. I just have a hard time believing that the top two were games that, in overall quality, weren't as well written as the others in my eyes and could have been lower. Eh. He can like what he wants I won't give him slack for it.

There actually IS a translation floating around that works, and there are English patched games around. I don't know why VNDB won't list it in English in the SEARCH when it is THERE, even as a TBA on the main page, but eh.

Ah, very true. I don't think, technically speaking, it will ever be "complete", unless someone uploads it and modifies it and directly says they have a complete version to them. (The game itself, as a whole, is 99% complete from what I gather. Strange.)
