Instruction
First download the game, then download daemon tools or else you cannot open the file in ccd.
Secondly: Once you do that download the patch from mirror moon for the english translation then use universal extractor extract the patch file and move to the folder which contain the game. if cannot double click the english patch file and patch Tsukihime.
Lastly the background music part is the most difficuit one, I myself play without background music if you can solve it post here.

if all the music in in midi fules then you might not be able to play any kind of midi on your comp. this was my problen with something else so the way i fixed it was as follows
1. open your control panel
2. open sounds and devices
3. click the audio tab
4. change the midi music playback device to the basic microsoft driver.
5. your done.
P.S. i have windows xp so if you have another OS then i dont know how to do it.

The solution to the problem is not this. You just download the english patch and read the read me notepad. When you install the english patch the ns scripter will remove all the background music so you need to buy the background.

On a side note. Mirrormoon does not support ripped copies of the games they translate. Most people who upload the games they work on typically don't post a link to mirrormoons site out of respect for their policies. I suggest removing the link and telling people that google + "mirrormoon tsukihime english" is their best bet.
