An RPG in mind...[Discuss]

Hi there....So I was wondering if i could make an RPG thread.
I notice a lot of RPG threads in here and it looks fun!
I want to pour my imagination while also watching other people do the same thing at my RPG thread, but I'm still not experience at making these threads since I still lack a bit about the rules of creating an RPG thread.
So this is what I had in mind:

Story: The Players are abducted to a Secret Goverment testing grounds, and they are used to test the Goverments new Millitary force...although these new forces are not human at all...they are mutations humans (Mutant Zombies), these creatures are bloodlusted, terrifying and dangerous. The Goverment wanted to see if these creatures are good enough for their new Millitary force .
The Players must survive on each grounds to advance i order to live.
Good thing though, The Professors have Symphaty on the Players and decided to help them by sending them supplies such as weapons, food, water, shelter and resources.

-There will be a Maximum limit for the players if a user wants to join but the number of player is already at maximum, they must wait until one of the players die.
-A Dead player turns into a ghost, the ghost's can still interact in the game but only by giving advices, tips and entertaiment
-The Zombies are just like your everyday zombies, They come in Hordes and if you're bitten...you are screwed
-Fighthing each other is okay to build tensions, Player can betray each other or sorts (you can even take some of their stuff)
-Player can feel Hunger and Thirst
-Killing can be verified if The Professor noticed it, to make it official
-The scenario are real life...so no Magic, Powers or stuff like that
-There will be a break call "Recess" players can rest and switch supplies and weapons since at battle it is not allowed.
-If a Player dies it depends on The Professor that decides if the player dies or not, The Zombies fate are decided by the players, but the Bosses are the Professors.
-The Supplies have various items inside for the players, You can make shelter even a base if you have enough resources from the supplies or the grounds
-The Grounds changed after The Players defeated the bosses, It can be a forest, city even a dessert.

Well that's all i have in mind...can you give me any tips or advice? So that I can make sure when I can make this official...

This sounds oddly similar to the Zombie Apocalypse RP that someone just started running.

I'll say this though, you've given way too much power to "The Professor" in your RP. You make him sound like god, and that's not the correct way to play an RP, especially if "The Professor" is a human as well.

Also, if you actually plan on making an RP, which requires a lot of writing/typing, you post it here, the Writing and Fanfiction area.

Well the professor is me actually...In the game I only send supplies and make the scenario for the players....

Yeah...I think I'll post it there if the game is officially open

Well, I have one more suggestion for you. Try asking people in the Writing and Fanfiction thread about your idea of your RP. There are people that frequent that section that have made many successful RPs in the past.

so the Professor is like the Game Master in a PnP RPG

Essentially... If that's what I'm getting from reading about it.

Well, I only said "someone", because I'm pretty sure the OP doesn't know you... weird...

The map... I just started working on it, as I got done with my morning routine.
