Special Thanks to: Rise-chan for helping me with the platform for the roleplay, without Rise-chan's help this roleplay may very well not have come out the way it did. As well as to DamientheDevil for being our Deus and in effect Moderator of The Game. Information about the RP and it’s origins: Mirai Nikki is an anime that started at or around the Fall 2011 Anime Season, the concept of the anime being of a game... That game, was a Survival Game where there were 12 contestants, each with a Future Diary (Literal translation of Mirai Nikki) with it’s own special features and the ability to predict the future based on those features. Each of the twelve contestants would try to kill each other, until one is left standing. The one left standing would then become the New God of Space and Time and would be the successor to Deus’s throne. Game Rules: 1) As compared to the 12 contestants in the anime, we’ll run Seven contestants Including myself, so six other posters for our Game. 2) Use of a basic statistics System. System of the RP: Because of the nature of the game and the anime, it’d best for a Health Point (HP) System to kind of regulate our characters so we don’t get into a god-modding situation where we just “survive” and this way there truly will be Dead Ends. What we’ll do at first is have our HP at low-medium levels, and as our characters gain experience and get used to the new killing, anti-law world they’ve been thrust into their HP and their thinking capabilities/killing abilities are greater. Spoiler:Stats and their necessity: Not only will we be guided through hit points but there will be several statistical categories that will govern The Survival Game and I shall explain them in the following: 1: Character HP: This needn't dwell on much but it pertains to your health and thereby whether or not you shall compete or fall. Character HP calculations: (def x2)+Attack 2:Attack: This shall determine your attacking strength 3:Agility: This category is the one that'll determine your ability to flee from battle or a dangerous situation or for dodging attacks. 4:Defense: If you are determined to fight until the end, this shall determine your ability to withstand attacks. 5:Intelligence: This will determine how well you're able to plan your attacks as well as to potentially figure out an enemy's move. 6:Diary: And Finally, this pertains to how well your Diary and how much you are able to use it IE: Someone with 4 Diary points is more able to use it than a person with 2 Diary Points. Basically, the character can then use it 4 times a day. (Note: You cannot use the stat points for the Health Points. Only for Attack, Agility, Defense, Intelligence, and Diary.) Type of Weapons: Every players are allowed to pick one of these weapons (they make sense for your attack stat actually), but remember that it's first come, first serve. Each weapons also have stat requirements. The list of weapons are as follows: Stun Items - 1 Attack Blunt Weapons - 1 Attack Knives - 2 Attack Katana - 2 Attack, 3 Agility (Requires training) Polearms - 4 Attack, 3 Agility (Requires training Guns - 4 Attack (Requires training) Bombs - 3 Attack, 4 INT (Requires training) To the players: Strategize, prepare yourselves and have fun with this Survival Game! And now for a demonstration of how to make your Character Profile and send it to: Damienthedevil Spoiler:For Example a Character Profile like this: Name: Jane Doe Gender: Female Personality: A Woman with many secrets, and a disturbing personality. Appearance: Grey Hair, red eyes and typically dresses in victorian corsets. Character HP: 6 (1 x 2) + 4 Attack: 4 Agility: 4 Defense: 1 Intelligence: 2 Diary: 4 (b]Note:[/b] The total stat points is 15. Use them effectively and destribute them to each of stat as you see fit for your character.) Background: Jane Doe isn't her real name, and since everyone has called her Jane Doe she doesn't even remember her own name anymore. But what she does know, is that everyone has forgotten her and forsaken her and this drove her to the point of insanity and a firm avowal of revenge. To the men who raped her and other women, and to even women themselves who never spoke out against the crimes committed. Essentially, all of humanity will face the wrath of Jane Doe... Send a Profile like this one(or in whatever format you want, as long as it’s easily readable) to the Deus of our Game, who will be completely neutral and literally an NPC in of himself until the Final Stages of the Game. He’ll also be the one to write Future Predictions from which we can base our tactics. But also write the details of your diary and what it can predict. I omitted details of the diary for it would be unfair to the public seeing eye if we could see our own diary's abilities. That basic character profile I crafted is basically what will be allowed on the main page. Whereas Diary Details will only be known by Deus and by the individual Diary Holder. So in Jane Doe's example, she has a low defense(1*2=2)+4 from her Attack so she has 6 HP. How to create a Diary: Spoiler: Many People were curious and confused about the procedures to make a Diary, so this section was created to help people to create a Diary. There won’t be many rules or regulations, but there are two rules that must follow: 1: No God-Modding IE: My Diary is the Perfect Diary that can predict a gazillion years into the future. 2: Said Diary must have a weakness to balance it out. Like, for example: Reisuke’s Hyper Vision Diary had the limitation of three uses per day. The Diary Points are supposed to help with limitations, but a in-game weakness is also good for balance. Now, the format for creation: Diary Name: Diary Info(Abilities, what the Diary †˜logs’(IE: Writing about a love interest or a fetish with horror movies.) Diary Weakness: The Weakness of your Diary Earning Points: Spoiler: Earning Points can be done in a number of ways, the max points one can earn at a time is 2 points for a category (or you can divide the points into two categories). 1) Successful Escape/Defense: If you're able to successfully escape/defend from at least two Dead End Flags, you'll get a +2 in either Defense, Agility or Diary; whichever one you choose. 2) Killing Spree: If you've won at least two battles against Diary Holders, just as the Successful Escape you are entitled here as well to a +2 in Attack and/or Intelligence. Again, whichever you choose. So, don't hesitate to join in the game! With the perks and benefits to playing, as well as the ability to strengthen your character, this will be a true roleplay testing our skills. As well as a roleplay in which I, along with my friends have taken great precaution to ensure fairness and integrity regarding the plot. Username LustfulAngel Name: Katsuro Kaneko Gender: Male Personality: Intellectual, arrogant, calm on the outside. A Psychotic Gothic/Dark lover on the inside Background: Katsuro Kaneko is a 17 year old HS JR who was born to a Middle Class family, as per the name his family had high expectations of him and hence he had high expectations of himself. Though he's maintained excellent grades, Katsuro sees the world as boring: All it is is work, school and sleep. And Humanity has maintained this dull, robotic like existence since the dawn of time. Only the 18th century wars of Napoleon Bontaparte and such where you rode horses and shot arrows were relatively exciting. Now even wars have become obsolete and dull with machinery overtaking humanity's role in it. Something... Something to entertain him! Appearance: Brown hair, matching eyes and about 6'0 tall. Typically wears suits, and/or in private or during playing the Survival Game, he'll wear neck collars and Gothic-esque clothing. Weapon Type: Bombs Name: Silmeria Cecilia Age: 16 Gender: Female. Personality: Usually an eloquent, reserved, and well-mannered person. She is usually nice and puts up a good front for the sake of her peers and expectations from the society. She takes pride on the glamor she is able to show off to the prying eyes of the commoners, though. She has a really sadistic side within her heart. A more... darker nature. She can a scary person to the point that one would run away if she'd fall in love with him. Appearance: Spoiler: Background: Silmeria comes from a family of higher status from Scotland. She has an elegant allure to herself; as a member of a wealthy family. Silmeria has always been protected from the "outside world". This referred to all types of fun and entertainment sources, excluding the television and it's cable line. She has never ever went to a karaoke, or any types of places where teenagers of her age would have fun. But she never desired it much, either. Silmeria only wished for it from time to time; nothing more than that. She wishes for enjoyment and amusement only, and there are many ways to receive it... such as playing with people' lives... Silmeria has been getting educations and many types of lessons from when she was young, such as, singing and dancing. After she came to Japan at the age of 10; the culture was fascinating to her, she learned to fight, even. Of course, she secretly visited her master to learn the arts of battling with a katana for a few years now. And now, she is the beautiful, bloody, and benignant Mistress of a mansion. The pressure of sheer protection from the entertainments and the world have gone done to the point of it being non-existent after she turned 16, as her parents thinks that she'll be alright on her own due to her maturity along with the maids and servants assigned to her and hence, left Japan back to Scotland, leaving her on Japan upon her request. username: Menolly-Chan Name: Dominic Dietrich Gender: Male Personality: Dominic always seems optimistic, encouraging others as needed and providing a good laugh when the situation calls for it. Appearance: Dark hair, glasses, ever-pleasant smile - those may be the first words you'd use to to describe the male before you. He's handsome, but not in a way that would initially catch your eye. He's the sort of guy who would just skim your radar until you get a full view of his brightly coloured green eyes, which contrast harshly with his dark palette and can only be seen up close. He's tall, but not overly towering - five foot eleven, maybe. His attire is plain, and dark, consisting mainly of worn out suits. Spoiler: Background: Ever since he was a child, the most important person in Dominic's life was his little sister, Elise. They did everything together. From building forts to playing in the sand to singing, there they'd be, joined at the hip with bright smiles. When Dominic was twelve and Elise was nine, their mother took them to the ocean for the first time. This was when Dominic discovered he had a fear of water; the end result was him watching helplessly as his younger sister drowned. Ever since, Dominic has been extremely keen on gaining control over every aspect of his life. In his mind, he lost her by not having control, and he was determined to never lose it again. Got in the clan ever since she was a little girl. She's a compasionate, and sweet person but will show no mercy towrds demons and evil doers. She's a master of hand to hand combat and weapon usage. Username:Black*star16 Name: Diachi Himura Gender: Male Personality: Non-chalant, adaptable, goes with the flow. He helps others, but is always ready to throw them under the bus as long as he lives. Appearance: Spoiler: Background: Boring is the best way to described his past. He lives a peaceful life with a father, mother, and little sister. He has many people who look up to him and cherish him, many people think he has a very good life, but he doesnt think that. He only thinks one thing, "This is boring", many think he thinks for others, this is wrong. He goes through life making decsions based on situations, if he sees someone in distress, he will tell them the right words to comfort them, and then make a new friend or pawn. He thinks the more people he has, the more benefits he can gain. But now he is bored of his life, he wants more and more and is willing to do anything to keep him from going completely bored. Only thing he actually cherishes in his life is his cell phone, which he uses every day to type up what he should of done rather then he did. He likes thinking about what would happen if he was to do this instead of that and types out what might of been. All and all he really hates his life and his peaceful life style. weapon: Dagger username:Zandorf Name: Yumiko Umehara Gender: Female Weapon Type: Stun Items Personality: Happy and cheerful while out in public and with others, but when she's alone she turns very inward and sadistic. Appearance:Spoiler: Background: Yumiko was the second of two children in her family. She had an other brother, who was age 7 when she was born. Her father was an average salary-man, and her mother was an elementary school teacher. On her 7th birthday, March 16th, her family took her on a trip to see Mt. Fuji. They had decided to take the train to where they were going, and left early in the morning so that they could have a whole day of fun there. Unfortunately, the train derailed on it's transit, causing a huge wreck. Most people died in the wreak, but Yumiko was saved as her parents were hugging her when the wreck happened. Yumiko came out of the wreck unharmed, but her family had died in the wreck. She didn't understand at that time, and sat there trying to wake up her family, with increasing sadness and tears flowing from her eyes. She was found by rescue works after a short while, as her crying led them right to her. After the event, she was adopted into another family after the doctors made sure nothing was wrong with her. She's had a fairly peaceful year after that, besides an incident where she had suddenly started trying to attack one of her new family members. Username:Lt.Random Name: Kishimoto Arika Age: 17 Gender: Female Weapon: Staff (Blunt Weapon) Personality: Kishimoto Arika is a girl full of contradictions. She says that she hates violence but admits that she feels the best when she is fighting in a match. She is quiet with strangers but is bright, loud and sometimes blunt with the people she’s familiar with. She has an unshakeable loyalty to those she calls her friends and a strong sense of right and wrong to accompany it, but at the same time she is more than willing to perform underhanded acts if it will mean the downfall of her enemies. Background: Arika was raised under the Kishimoto style of BÅ�jutsu, otherwise known as the art of fighting with a staff. Her rigorous training was accelerated by her nature talent in martial arts, and by the time she entered high school she was already a 2nd Dan BÅ�jutsu master. She also managed to develop and maintain strong study habits despite her upbringing, and as a result her intelligence is as developed as her martial prowess, if not slightly more. This manifests itself in her battle style, where she analyzes her opponent’s movements and devises quick and efficient methods to bring about her victory while evading her opponent’s strikes as she concocts her strategies. To supplement her battle prowess, she extensively studied the human body and its weakest areas, and is familiar with ways to disable limbs with her attacks. She also learned how to make bandages with the basest of materials and how to makes curative salves, knowledge which was necessary for emergencies in the bÅ�jutsu dojo. However, for all of her intelligence, her social skills are extremely lacking. Her seemingly strict personality masks a strong nervousness when conversing with unfamiliar people and her inability to carry a conversation makes her seem unsociable. However, the few who took the time to get to know Arika will tell you that she has quite a cheery and warm disposition, but will also admit that she engages the people that she does not like with a healthy amount of caution. Overall, Kishimoto Arika is a person who is very easy to like and is extremely loyal, if you can get to know her well enough to become her friend. Appearance: Short brown hair which is often tied up in a ponytail. Her battle outfit consists of a purple spandex onepiece with short sleeves and short leg coverage, a sleeveless blue kimono top with a blue lacquered bamboo breastplate, a yellow obi with an orange ribbon, her uniform skirt, leather gloves with metal armguards and regular sneakers. Her staff is made from a light steel alloy specially made for Kishimoto bÅ�jutsu practitioners. It is highly durable and weatherproof while also providing flexibility and ease of use. "And Onii-chan doesn't have to worry about me not loving you. I always love my Onii-chan.", Yumiko said as she hugged Katsuro.

**He blushed as she hugged him and he hugged her back.** Sighing and he's glad that he got that out of the way but now a new thought springs up in his mind. Things like this never last, and he doesn't want to hurt Yumiko-chan. He noticed he dropped the "nee" and is now truly referring to her as a woman.

"Yeah, it is. It's like I have a different personality, just like you. Except rather than from a traumatic event it just so happened to be something I was born with. This switch of mine is every bit of my real personality as the me you see right now."

"But you understand don't you Yumiko-Chan? That people don't accept you, or me. I think that's why we were invited to the Survival Game. It's like our own world now and those boring people don't matter" He smiled psychopathically and his eyes began to go in a trance as his psychotic side embraces being next to someone just like him.

As she rubbed her vermillion-colored eyes, Silmeria rose up from her bed and sat, her vision was still hazy and her mind; dizzy. She looked at the wall-clock, which signified the time to be almost 7:00 am. She slowly walked her way to the bathroom. Upon entering, she proceeded to her everyday routine of washing her face, brushing her teeth, and just refreshing herself for the activities for the day.

Once she was out, she slipped the doors of the closet open, taking out her school uniform and changing into it. Her bare skin shined in the dim sunlight as she changed into the other set of cloths. After Silmeria was done, all she was left to do now was have breakfast and take leave. She scurried to the dining table downstairs, her maids accompanied her as she made an appearance to the magnificent hall. She sat down on the table and had her food served.

After a while, Silmeria heads out for the Academy. The sky was blue and clear; beautiful. Seems like there weren't any bad weather today. A nice day, Silmeria thought as she entered her car. Nothing in particular worth mentioning occured when Silmeria was escorted to the Academy, by the time it was past 7:30 am; Silmeria arrived. Today, as always, people seemed to be staring at Silmeria.

But of course, the students just didn't stared, they tried to communicate, as always. "Good morning, Senpai!" was a commonly heard greeting to her by now, perhaps a little bit too common. Sophomores seems to always try to talk to her, and the freshmen seems to talk, mutter and disclose the rumors regarding her to themselves. Well, being popular is a way of life, all she needed to do was accept it, which she already did.

Silmeria pay heed to the students, she had time and was definitely not tired, the day has just begun after all. It's not like she was hurrying for something, time was still left for the classes to begin and haste was unnecessary to make. Silmeria later entered her class, slightly moving her sight to Arika, then rolling her eyes away towards her seat, waiting for her to use it.

I wonder if she'll challenge me again today. she thought to herself.

[size=12]"These guys... tried to pick me up... and when I tried to leave, one pushed me down. Shuuji saw, and... now he's defending me..." cried Yayoi between sobs, her face scrunched and tears wetting her face. She hiccuped and hugged Dominic.

I wasn't supposed to get so attached... But... this really pisses me off!

Dominic gave Yayoi a reassuring smile and jogged over to the group of guys and Shuuji. He slung an arm around his best friend's shoulder and smirked, looking coldly at the others in front of him. They laughed, their obvious leading saying, "Now we got Mr. Pretty Boy here to protect his boyfriend, huh?"

"Yeah. That's exactly what I'm doing."

Before he could even make a joke out of it, the leader was punched in the stomach and doubled over, gasping for breath. Dominic kicked him over onto the ground and thrust his foot once more into the guy's stomach, chuckling. The other boys stared in shock and then turned around, running towards the school. Still kicking the leader on the ground, Dominic began to laugh. He was stopped only by Yayoi's screams and Shuuji pulling him off of the guy.

"Dominic! Stop!"

I feel sick... he thought, on the verge of passing out.[/h]

The morning certainly had been... interesting, to say the least. A beating at the front of the school, the perpetrator of said beating fainting for no particular reason at all, and rumors of a little girl coming to the Academy to visit someone. "What a way to start the day~" Arika chuckled to herself.

Her teacher had been briefly called away to attend with the chaos at the Academy courtyard, but that happened thirty minutes earlier; at the moment, she was sitting at her desk with her eyes glued on the wall clock, counting down the seconds until their lunch break would begin.

"I think I'll ask Silmeria if she's going to be busy this afternoon first... if she says that she isn't, then I'll ask if she has time to duel me today."

And with that resolution made in her mind, Arika resumed counting down the last five agonizing minutes until the start of lunch break.

[Current day] 0715h
"Haa~... What a fine morning this is!" said Asagi cheerfully. "Today is the first day of me working in this academy, [size=10]thank GOD, now I can start saving for my new sword[/h], I wish they had a cool class available but I guess being the PE teacher isn't so bad; I get money and get to do the things I'm best at, sports!".

As soon as Asagi stepped out of her house she immediately stopped and thought as she listened very closely to her surroundings: "Hmm... maybe I just shouldn't go there naked as it is, I guess I'll have to sneak in a weapon for me just in case, the best way will have to be at night".

Asagi arrived at the cademy with a huge smile in her face waving and saying good morning to her workmates and students. She had the usual tour of the school and then lunch arrived.
Asagi was eating a very healthy club sandwich she had made herself at home as well as a banana smoothie to go along with her meal; Asagi grined and said "Hehe, good I love this schedule I have, I have no classes in the first hour so I can arrive a bit after most of the other teachers and the students were really kind to me, I guess this really was a good spot after all, lucky." She finished her lunch and proceeded to finish her day at the academy. Once it was all over she went to eat at her place and proceded to do her nocturnal job (hunting).

"HAHA! I love this diary", she said as she returned home early to sleep and prepare for tomorrow.
"Aaaaaaah FUCK! Asagi said 5min later after laying down and remembering that she forgot to sneak in a weapon in her locker at school, she went back to sleep

So the teacher was gone and... the class was like a bazaar now. Students chatting with each other. Since the teacher left, it was self-study period but since the time was terribly close to lunch break now; all stopped caring about studying altogether.

And as usual, the random girls appeared around Silmeria. Again, she wasn't annoyed by their presence, there was still time until recess. She politely spoke back and forth with the other students, though she didn't intended to form any type of a relationship with them, as they would just take advantage of it to bother her all the time.

Though, she feels sad for them sometimes, they try so hard everyday, only to get ignored most of the time. Perhaps she shouldn't be so harsh with them all the time. This makes her wish that she wasn't so busy all the time...

Yumiko giggled a little as Katsuro continued talking.

"So long as Onii-chan accepts me, I don't need anyone else. All I care about is Onii-chan.", Yumiko said as she continued smiling at Katsuro.

"Ney, ney. Onii-chan. I think we should hurry up and eat lunch. That way we can spend more time playing. And I think I have a game in mind.", Yumiko said as she reached into the bag and pulled out a wrapped melon pan, unwrapped it, and started eating it.

He smiled and he nodded, taking out his bento which was as usual mostly filled with some meat and some vegetables. Unlike most of his fellow Japanese peers, he simply hated rice. When asked why, Katsuro would reply with
'Rice is wheat, it's but a grain. It has no taste or vitamins or anything. You'd eat rice if you want to go on a fasting diet'

As he ate the lunch, he thought that things weren't as bad as it looked/he feared. To most other people, they'd view Yumiko as truly his little sister or as his friend and not just oddly enough, as the little kid he confessed feelings for.

'I still don't get it, even taking my psychopathic attraction into consideration. She's a meager 8 year old girl! 8 years old!? Where in these teenage hormones say I share the same feelings?' He thought franatically trying to find a solution to his problem and he had a feeling that not even his Diary held the answers to this one.

"What game would you like to play?" Katsuro asked with a smile on his face that tried to hide how frantic his feelings were.

Arika quietly sat at her desk, eating her lunch as she watched the girls of her class swarm around Silmeria. She was a bit disappointed that they had flocked to her acquaintance so early, but she figured that she could wait out the crowd by eating her lunch.

"It must be a bother to Silmeria-san though, to have to talk with so many people during lunch time... don't they have lunches to buy too?" she wondered to herself.

Regardless of her own opinions, she couldn't do much else except finish her lunch and wait for the swarm of fangirls to disperse. Not that she minded at all.

"I'd like to take my leave now, if I may? I have some things to take care of, I'll back to the class soon, and then you girls may talk to me again," Silmeria mentioned, getting up from her seat. The girls offered her to have lunch with them. But she politely refused with a "My apologies, but not today, some other should do perhaps?"

Silmeria then went out of the class, leaving a depressing impression on the girls, seems like they just wanted to befriend her; those poor things. It's sad for even Silmeria to leave them behind. Silmeria made way for cafeteria, seems like she's getting the stares from everyone on the corridors already.

Arika had just finished the last bits of her lunch when she caught Silmeria walking out of the classroom from the corner of her eye. She quickly packed up her bento box and rushed out to follow her. She just managed to catch up to her just as the silver-haired student got in line for food.

"Silmeria-san, may I talk to you for a moment?" she asked brightly as she gave Silmeria a light tap on the shoulder.

"I was thinking hide and seek, but I don't know of any hiding places here... Oh, I know. We could play it at my house! But, you still have school.", Yumiko sat thinking seriously while nibbling on the melon pan some more.

"Do you have any idea what to play, Onii-chan?", Yumiko looked at Katsuro with hopeful eyes.

"I'm thinking of how to spend my time today and whether I shall go to practice anything on the clubs I joined. I have a Math lesson later today but that's irrelevant to your question regarding afternoon. I'm mostly free."

After Silmeria's answer, she finally reached the person selling lunch to the students, she asked for a "yakisoba pan," which she never had before, so she decided to try it out today.

He thought about it, if he skipped the rest of the classes it would look bad. Unless he could make up some kind of excuse. He pondered it, until he remembered that Yumiko said publically in the principal's office that she said to say something privately to him. That would be his excuse for getting out of the rest of the day. He smirked.

"Yumiko-chan, school's okay. Just come with me for a bit." He said as he held Yumiko-chan's hand gently and affectionately, he blushed as he was doing this. "I still can't believe I have feelings for you. It's not normal even for a psychopath like me!" He blurted out, running a bit as if he wanted to run away from these very very weird hormononal things that were occuring and yet ironically because he was holding her hand, she was step by step aside him.

'Something's gotta give, maybe Yumiko will do something so freaky it'll snap me out of this' he thought , his true feelings though were different and he knew it.

"But doesn't everyone have to have love at some point in their life? I think so. That's what you've brought to me, Onii-chan. And now I want to help you too.", Yumiko looked up at Katsuro as she continued to nibble on the melon pan she had in her hand innocently. "Ney, Onii-chan. Where are we going? Are we going home? Oh, I hope we're going home! Then we can play all types of games! Even the one my Onii-chan taught me!", Yumiko said excitedly.

"Yeah, we're going home. Earlier you said in the principal's office that you had something 'private' to tell me, that sentence was thankfully so vague that I can say 'I have an emergency at home and I need to take my leave now' Katsuro explained his plan.

He went into the principal's office and explained that he had to rush home with his 'little sister', he got permission to get his suitcase and as soon as he did he grabbed her hand and he walked with her out of the school doors.

"The one I taught you? You don't mean that game do you?" He asked, concerned and thankful he had his suitcase with him. He really wanted to avoid the Survival Game with Yumiko-chan until they had to.

"Hmm? I'm talking about the very first game I ever learned, from my first Onii-chan.", Yumiko had said as they exited the school. "If you wanted to play the same game we did yesterday, I wouldn't mind. So long as I had my tools. But I don't really feel like playing that game."

After a silent yawn, Yumiko spoke back up. "It was a really fun game. It allowed Onii-chan to love me even more.", Yumiko softly said to Katsuro with a smile on her face.
