Warcraft 3 has some insane RP custom games, terrain, character, triggers are all customizable in game. I'll toss swat my vote too, it's been a long time since I touched that game.

A zombie themed RP is supposed to be made by THE Simple. But he didn't contact me at all, and I doubt he added me on Facebook after asking me to send a add request.
