And yes, the second one does reflect the human society alot.

If you have more poems to write, I sure look forward to them. I naturally love poems, but I hardly ever write them.

As said I write them randomly or when they just pop into my mind, so of course there will be more!

First stanza remarks on religion and patriotism.
Second stanza remarks on the government.
And the third stanza remarks on how people have broken away from the community. (i.e. where people are becoming solitary creatures, and don't want to rely on others, that's where the distrust comes in.)

Very nice. And thank you for that honor Yoshii. Poem #4 was harder to get the meaning of, and speaks volumes on what humans nature is.

Stanza 1: The quest for knowledge, by human beings, is the main point. We craved knowledge and technology to make ourselves live more comfortably, and made ourselves "classy", to quote Yoshii. All the tech is in thanks to the sources the world provides, and the sad part is, that the tech we get from the planet is slowly killing it.

Stanza 2: The primal nature of all animals. We fight for dominance. Flight or Fight.

Stanza 3: Talking about the power of words (i.e. "the pen is mightier than the sword"), and how much weight they can carry. No one wants to inflict that type of mental pain, so we resort back to physical pain.

Stanza 4: Tech has made us self-centered and, for the lack of a better term, revert back to acting like cavemen. But, there are some people who push past those boundaries, and thus help the world move forward.

When I read what you said Zandorf, I immediately(?) put it back into my poem.

One of the things I meant was that in todays society we have the technology and we have the class to not fight. But instead we all say "Fuck that shit" and fight to our hearts content. I am one of the few who talk instead of fight and my meaning was that there is less and less of people like me. We are slowly disappearing.

Hm. I see what you are saying. I also like to talk over fighting. I don't think I have ever fought anyone, even with my black belt in karate.

But yeah, I dislike fighting.

Why I write so much poems about war is because war interests me.
It's full of hate and discrimination but it interests me.
