Short poems

I write these mostly when I'm bored or when they just pop into my mind. Please say what you think about them! (SideNote: They do not have names on their own, I just write them randomly) Nr 1. Spoiler:"So I've learned my place in this god forsaken race. What they didn't know, we did. But what they knew, we didn't. Someday the things we didn't know will hunt us down. But the things they never knew will haunt them forever. So they ask what we knew, and they get nothing as a response. Nobody ever knew what we did. Now I just want to forget what you made me learn. Because it wasn't worth a cent in my world. So I sit here and question my mind, what did I do to deserve this crime?" Nr 2. Spoiler:"So while we sleep, they raid our territory. At daylight we make fire rain their town. They'll never forget us neither forgive. And we will never turn our backs against them again. For we do not want our backs stabbed As the war reigns on, we push to win. But we all know, that the wars will never end. Deep inside we know that this hatred, will create more. In the end, we all just hate. No one wants happiness for anyone but themselves. That is why we live in a greedy world. And that is why you'll be robbed in your grave." Nr 3. Spoiler:"How fragile are we, as to not know right from wrong. We create our own picture of right and disapprove of all the wrong ones. Because we have the picture, that if it isn't right by us, it's wrong by them. So I ask for you to speak your mind, was I wrong in doubting them all? I knew nothing about the social society and thus I trusted everyone. But when I finally knew about the trash behind it, I trusted no one. As off today, little people on this earth are actually trusted. What have we done to distrust everyone, and why do we do it so much? Why can't people keep secrets, why must they tell everyone? Why must they be an ignorant fool and play with our feelings like toys? Because we all know that in the end, when toys get old. We all just throw them away." Nr 4. Spoiler:"We evolved from cave men, into classy creatures. We invented technology and it's alike. We used the things the earth gave us to make inventions. But yet we try to destroy it. Whenever someone is angered they don't try to talk it out. They become cave men and try to fight it out. Just so they can seem strong and invincible. But what they don't know is that the truth hurts more. If I hit you, you'll recover in an hour. If I tell you the truth of what an horrible person you are, you'll never recover. The truth hurts so much more and in a fight you can always talk it out. But nobody understands that, everyone just wants to fight. Why do we classy creature long to be the cave men we were? Why can't we just stay the way we are now instead of trying to fight. Race, color, gender, none of that matters if you know how to talk and care. But I guess the classy person in this world doesn't know how to care about anyone but themself." Nr 5. Spoiler:"So I was asked, why is love so complicated? I thought to myself and finally said, love is not complicated. It is we, the people that want it, have it and need it, that makes it complicated. If I told you I loved you and you did the same, it wouldn't be complicated. But if I told you that I didn't know when I did, then it would be. So who's fault is it that love is so complicated? And why must love be so hard to understand? It's a feeling we all crave for and have. But it's a feeling we'll never get to master." Nr 6. Spoiler:"What you do doesn't hurt me a bit. I don't care if you force me into something. I will always have my pride while I stand by my choice. When the war is over I will be a hero and you will be a slave. It is not the war itself that makes me a hero. It's the choices in it that makes me the hero and you the slave. All the horrible things you did to them will comeback to you a hundred times worse. And you will question yourself why this fate was brought upon you." Nr 7. Spoiler:"When you fall in love with someone there's always a reason. That reason may change if the person does. When you leave, there's always a reason. But no matter how much the person changes, that reason never leaves. You never get a second chance. If someone says you just got a second chance, you never did. It's just the first and only chance, that never left. You just did right with what you did wrong." Nr 8. Spoiler:"War will never change, you will never change. A person never changes, he only changes the way he acts. He changes the way he appear and the way he socializes with the people around him. But he has always been like that inside, just afraid of letting it out. War never changes, war will always be war and never anything else. Peace is only temporarily while the war itself is permanent. A truce can always be betrayed, peace can always be changed. A person can always change the way he acts but never change himself." Nr 9. Spoiler:"When the world is a pain and it got you a-stray I'll be your knight in shining armor that you can depend on any day When you're locked up ready to dissappear I'll be the light that shatters your fears I know you've had it rough But that's not enough to give up Keep on fighting and you'll see That there was more to fighting than just me Fight for more then me, fight for more then the sea Fight for what's at bay and don't let it flail" Nr 10. Spoiler:"I care more about others than myself so I guess I'm an outer shell Protecting the ones I care from what they won't emphesize or comprehend But I guess that's what makes me shallow, having bullet holes and ammo Since I guess that in the end, I'm just a detachable shell." Nr 11. Spoiler:"I want you to hold me tonight and tell me that everything is going to be alright Tell me that my existence isn't null Tell me that the sun won't burn down And tell me that my last breath won't be in vain Because you see I can't be a guardian angel I can't be your one and only savior Depending on me would be like giving up hope itself It's not worth it so go away Talking to me won't brighten your day"

Finally got to updating this thread, added two new poems.

The first one is about how you can be threated as an object in this world and the second one is about not being worthy.
