You have to stop being yourself and absorb the emotions and attitudes of others.
Tsundere - A person who is very rude and difficult at the beginning but in time will open up his/her feeling.
So Basically this character will be "rude" and ignore you the whole time, and she has some secrets a tsundere keep, some of the events that will make a tsundere to a loving person or an open person is either you find his/her secrets out by accident or you will spend a long , very long time investing trying to bond with that person.
Perfect example is the Tsundere character from
"Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Na" called Kirino. I suggest watching that series and seeing the development of that character.
Or Toradora!! with the character Taiga.
Open/happy person - A person very cheerful and happy although she suppresses her feelings inside her very well.
Perfect example is Toradora!! with the character Minori
Happy to Rude - A person very polite in the beginning but hides her/his true personality and if found out becomes rude to that person.
Found no series.
.
.
These are just a few examples, I suggest watching alot of series that involves the characters personalities who you wish to use as a role play in writing a story.
It's not that hard anyways, I am sure this will help you out.
If you wish to be a good writer then you must develop skills to being open and absorbing the personalities of others.
Study your families behavior, I am sure real life experience is much better.
