Xmas Surprise

Christmas Eve 202X, somewhere in the USA. The homeless Protagonist Richard stamps through the snow to find a shelter to protect him from the cold. Luckily he finds an abandoned house where he can rest. Later that night he awakes from a strange sound coming from the fireplace. To his surprise a pretty woman in a seductive Santa Dress crawled down the chimney, claiming that the house belonged to her. What will Richard do?
