I have a weird theory now. What if his hypnosis is contagious? The guy in this episode assumed he was dreaming til his post nut clarity at which point he began to question the "common sense" of the situation. Then the girl tells him to come again and his thoughts turn to coming back. I have no evidence other than this chapter, but the series I called Common Sense Swap Diaries. It would work better a an anthology of strangers affected by Scumbag MCs swapping.

I was assuming less of a plague, more like a host jumping parasite. The power would only stay with one person at a time, and that person wouldn't realize it at first. Think back to the first chapter. The Scumbag MC seemed to be feeling out what he could and couldn't do. He asked for permission a lot until he reasoned that people always said yes. He probably had the power for a bit and realized people were doing what he asked, then saw a photo shoot and tried his luck. If the ability does move this means that piece of human garbage will try his luck and get arrested or worse. If it does spread that means eventually someone will try it on him. It is a small world, after all. Finally he isn't spreading social disorder, he is restructuring social order to place his needs on top. Remaking the world as he sees fit, one woman at a time.
