The story is very interesting! The characters have distinct personalities; they are all so fun. :)
It's quite funny at times. (Their expressions, Kiwi's trash talking, the situations...)
Akihiro Ononaka put in so much detail! The buildings and the backgrounds, the unique outfits, their hair, the attacks, the angles...
The new girl was a wonderful addition!
It is nice to see Utena's transformation from being a shy girl at school to a cheerleading dominatrix. She is very supportive. She just wants her heroes to be the best!
The ecchi level has been raised a bit. Yeah!
