When Tomori catches Mari peeping (page 38), she responds by gleefully
(and cruelly) making sure Mari gets a good look as Osamu fucks Tomori
(page 39). Then---in a truly stunning move---Tomori gets up and casually
stands before the window, staring directly into Mari's face, and giving her
a good close-up look at Tomori's naked, sweaty, cum-dripping body. Yow.

That jaw-dropping sequence leads me to believe this story will not
go down a happy path---especially since it might be the beginning
of a deadly feud between two yandere. Osamu is in big trouble.

Yeah, there are healthy, nice outcome competitions but I don't think this one at the end is one of them. Mari was clearly hurt and in an unique way - and I write this empathetically - she isn't handling it well. Her tears on Page 42 (I think) were definitely a feels moment.

Unless the artist pulls some sort of twist, I suspect Osamu-kun has not unlocked the "consensual threesome" route, but something potentially more sinister instead.

Secondly, how is there no yandere tag??
That being said, the chapter starts with some great vanilla action that then goes wild with some hot yandere cheating. And one hell of a cliffhanger.
Need that to know what happens next!
