After some reconsideration, the artists have allowed us to publish chapter 2.5 and we've received the data for 2.5 just recently (2 days ago) and are working on it now.

As for chapter 4, in the eyes of the artists, it's currently unfinished and only 60% done at the moment, the "remaining" portion of chapter 4 will come out for COMIC 1 this April and we will be releasing both portions together at the same time.

Hi! I'm happy that 2.5 is finally up and I'm looking forward to number 4! I don't want to sound like an asshole but it's already mid May and 4 hasn't been released. Is there a new estimated time?

I have question about that, why is so damn hard for artist to get their work to published outside Japan?
