Great ending though. I kind of assumed she actually knew who he was, but since he didn't say anything she decided to play along and pretend not to recognise him. Turns out she did, and was kind of messing with him intentionally.
I must say though, the way the held that recorder at the end reminded me of something else. Like, one glance and I'm sure many would assume it was a pregnancy test before reading the text bubbles.

God you gotta love the sexy mole placement! I hope that she just offers that "special service" to just him and not all the other clients, if so he'd best get a ring on that ASAP and take her and her glorious moles for himself!

Even though he shaped up quite a bit since his school days, it's evident that Souta-kun is still (figuratively speaking) five or so years too early to match up with Misaki-oneesan. At least she let him know point-blank that she not only recognized him, but she's looking forward to his next "visit".
