The last shot is literally supposed to be her staring at her dad with a knowing devilish look as she's asks if they can get a dog, even though the father is the dog.
...Well that is a rather...interesting title.
I like how it kind of tries to get you to think that it's a dog, but in reality it's...some guy. I suppose the yandere tag kind of gives that away but good effort.
