A Zashiki Warashi though...Nice. I believe it's said to bring fortune to the person living in the room/house they're in? He's certainly...Rather fortunate to have her around?

IMHO, "Vanilla" tag is invalid; even if one argues Rhythm-chan had the upper hand (or rather, upper foot) initially, protag-kun retaliated with rough sex; no indication that she liked it.
