I.. Really like this.. It was neither too dark or fluffy, something I honestly don't often read much because I prefer wholesome stuff. Although I'm not fond of the ending reading these stories every now and then doesn't seem do bad. Could deal without the sad ending tough haha.
I like the ending. While it was a bit over the line having sex with Shirota, it was at least consensual between them. Drugging her to theoretically make her "fall" like Aizawa did when he got hurt was very much stepping waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy over the line and he realized it before possibly causing any real damage. Apologizing and quitting were the appropriate actions to take here, IMO.
Could have stayed, to be honest. Especially after getting his feelings in order, he could have helped her even more, and there could have been something real between them in the end.
Hmm, well, at least he had the conscience to admit his wrongdoing to her and apologise.
She let is slide, but...In the end, he just...quit? I guess he couldn't quite live with the thought of wanting her to fall during her practice sessions and just left.
A bit of a downer ending, but it was certainly an interesting read.
Lucky indeed for Aizawa that Shirota 'thought well' enough of him to forgive his "indiscretion"; any other time, place and person, he'd be kicked out of his college, brought up on criminal charges, etc.
Was it a flash of jealousy or resentment that she was forging ahead on a path he could no longer traverse? Or perhaps fear that one day she'd leave him that made him chuck aside reason to commit a potentially dangerous act?
This guys' framing and composition is great for a debut work. Too often do you see hentai artist (and mangaka alike) Push characters outside of the frame. I see this as a lack of understanding of perspective, so often the frame is just used as a backdrop for the characters, rather than being a piece to compliment the setting. Not saying its a bad thing to do, some hentai artist's use this technique of pushing the characters outside the border as a strength at times (Meme50, Pija, and BOBOBO). All I'm saying is, that if you can't fit your character within the border of the frame, maybe you should rethink how to compose it, so you don't have to constantly push them out of it. <br>
What is it with every guy character in Hentai either being a weak, pathetic pushover or a rapist? Putting drugs in her drink is now a trope that is overdue for retirement.
