The one stupid thing about this story is that he could have easily have reported it to the police and solved all his problems. I think it's a good thing she left cause if she stay to rescue him they would have trapped her and said unless you let us have sex with you we won't leave him alone typical hentai logic so I think this is the best route for them to have taken.
