I actually kinda feel conflicted about this, because it's all consentual and the sex friends don't seem like bad guys... but the art style just draws them all creepy lol. It would've been funny if in the last page, they didn't look so creepy to show that it was just the bf who perceived them that way because of the shock XD

I really don't see this as netorare, although some might. They didn't even intend to steal her away from him, quite the opposite, she fully intended to include him in the group as well, quite possibly even really liked him. It's just that he, like most people, was not able to quite accept her somewhat more unusual lifestyle.
