On a serious note, Sakura is Shirou's safest bet actually, since she was the closest one to him until the start of FSN storyline. Shirou was never close to Rin and never met Saber before the Grail War, and he took care of Sakura in the archery club, therefore their relationship was the most natural and realistic one (rather than with the school idol/ beautiful awesome cute heroic spirit) and Sakura should win by default. And if you play the game, on Sakura's route . That shows how much he loved her.
