I wasn't actually able to find a good description of the plot of this game, so I will try to explain it myself, based on my own experience playing it (Clicking through it without a translation):
You are a boy, of some sort, who seems to have a really cute girlfriend that goes to the same class as you. She seems great, and is apparently willing to put out for you ridiculously fast, but you can't help but feel that she gets really clingy sometimes. That aside, you quickly run into another girl at school who seems into you and is even more willing to give up the goods thanks to your smooth talk. At least, I'm assuming there's smooth talk. To complete this trifecta, your teacher has a serious thing for you as well.
As luck would have it, all three of these girls are completely certifiable, and you slept with all of them. Now what? How can you get out of this sticky situation without one or all of them snapping and using your internal organs as keepsakes? Good luck!

Doesn't work for me, trying to run the game gives me an error and a blue screen with a lot of code.
This is the first game I've downloaded here that refuses to work. I don't think it's a regional settings issue, since I've played quite a few games from here that have that requirement. Maybe I just got a corrupt file or something? It unzipped just fine and I can mount the image in daemon without any problems.
