[Anime] Soul Eater

I was actually going to ask the same thing. I'd love for them to end it well, but I don't want to get my hopes up too high. I hope they don't just cut it off in the middle of... well, the manga spoiler.

fansubs are pretty slow. God I've been waiting for a couple of weeks for the 34th episode still.. none yet

I'm in the Ep27 and I must say that I'm enjoying it very much :D
All the history, the characters, the dark looking(that remembers me the Nightmare Before Christmass...), the battle are all awesome!And it's pretty funny too ^^
My favorite Character so far is Chrona, she is really funy!

I've seen most of the anime episodes so far, and I have to agree that this anime has a bunch of potential. It has action, comedy, and a little romance.
I hope it doesn't end up like bleach and naruto, having to use all these fillers and such just to be a little different from the manga :cry:

I'm not too much worried about the future. All I know is that right now, Soul Eater is a bad ass anime and I'm ecstatic about what they've done so far. Can't wait for 37. 8)

Whoa, am I so far behing you all. Just started to watch this last night, but I wanted to wait 'till I could get a hold of the whole series. I hate waiting the time between eps being released...hehe

First 6 eps are great, and this show is f@@kin' hilarious.

Everything was awesome except the ending. Fucking Maka Chop. Well, we're obliged to wait for something like FMA:Brotherhood, maybe Soul Eater: Shibusenhood? ;d

he wasn't killed, and they didn't fight at the same level. He barely avoided any attacks of them. Please notice that Demon hunter~ of Maka couldn't harm the Kishin while the Shinigami was kicking his ass. And the only reason why Deatch has lost is because thse childrens and other guys were there and he ran to protect them without anyc chance to set defence. ;)

agreed, thats why I'm reading the manga version maybe this time the ending will make sense...

yeah, the manga might be more sensible than the anime, which ended quite... disappointing for me

Quite agree, beside the manga is different than the anime in half-way like Full-Metal Alchemist and Samurai Deeper Kyo. The manga version had some character in a different position like B.J is a detective, not a scientist or the two clown which Kid fought to gain the key were actually fighting with Maka first. For those who fan of the Soul Eater, read the comic please and you see the differents.

A pretty good anime. I don't think it's especially original but it's still very enjoyable. The co-star of the show has a mouth full of sharp teeth and is a freaking scythe. That's okay and my book. ;)

So like I'm reading Soul Eater. And so far I'm disappointed. I mean it's centered around Halloween yet the monsters are kids friendly looking. It could have been much better if they made it scarier. And not your everyday shounen series. It had an enormous amount of potentials. And yet it didn't use any of it.

But I do like the Tim Burton-ish artwork. It fits the theme.

I hope it gets better, I'm only on chapter 15 so far. I think I'm going to start watching the anime soon. To get the Halloween feel.
