Ouran Host Club should've ended in something far more gratifying than what it did. Such a weird, awesome, sexually tense show xD I WANTED SOMEONE TO GET LAID. D: IT FELT LIKE THE NATURAL ORDER OF THINGS.

I have so many anime series that ended to soon that I'll just post the top five.
5.Black Lagoon-I think this would have been difficult to continue since the creator has been on a year-long hiatus
4.Negima!-For a manga series that has 30+ volumes the thought of ending it at 26 just seemed absurb
3.Durara!!-Wished it was more fleshed-out and a second season given to it.
2.Claymore-I still have my fingers crossed for a second season. It could not have ended like that!!!
1.Cowboy Bebop-Come on, you cannot say you liked the ending for such a great show. At least show what happened to Ed, Faye, and Jet for closure.

I said that about Zero no Tsukaima, Season 3. It "ended" with too many questions left unanswered. A year later I found out they're releasing (at the time) a Fourth season. Mind you though, the company made both Toradora and ZnT.
I feel like Toradorq ended perfectly maybe. Maybe an OVA that showed what happened to everyone after 5 or 10 years would be cool. ZnT definitely needed a 4th season.
I think the Bleach & Full Metal Panic animes ended too quickly

Well if we're talking about series that ended too soon and not just ones I'd love sequels for...
Spice and Wolf - Probably my biggest request. Great novels as sources and the first two seasons were amazing. So much left of the journey and leaving it at only 2 seasons would be tragic.
Deadman Wonderland - Lot of material left and if they pace themselves properly could be great.
Claymore - Though might be tough with that horrible ending they gave it. Not sure if the material is far enough ahead to be worth it yet, but soon.
Hidan no Aria - I enjoyed it and knowing there is more material left makes me want it to come back soon.

ZnT, Mahoromatic, 13 episode animes...Mahoromatic had 2 seasons: Automatic Maiden and Something more Beautiful. They finished the whole thing on Something more beautiful so to count it was 20+ episodes (not including the OVAs).
The whole problem w/ mangas becoming being adapted into anime is not most of them are not being finished (like they will give an ending for the anime adaptation but the manga has yet to reach a conclusion) and this gives a real feeling of emptiness for the people watching the show because it's really not finished in reality. They need to stop making this adaptations and the crap endings.
For me, I'd go w/ Sola for an anime that ended too soon; just cant believe it was that short and the madoka anime.

Soul eater ends too soon only 50+episode and the ending is not epic for me..

Rave Master - really sad that this got axed at only 51 eps, but at least the manga eventually finished.

Angel Beats! should've had an extension so it could spread out more content and show all the missing bits that happened between the semifinal episode and final episode.
Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? Strange Hell. It was a 10 episode anime, which speaks for itself. Most of it was (enjoyable) filler, and the anti-villain of the season was only introduced at the end. Could've also used more Yuki in it, but that's just me.
Dog Days. I love this anime to death and would love a few more seasons. Fortunately, Dash is coming this summer.
Kaze no Stigma as well, but that's at least justified because the author died before he finished writing the series.
