CC always talks to people that aren't there though.

If Lulu has a Code, does that mean that it was passed from CC? Her code is gone now? I can't remember if she still had it during the end...

In the end iam not sure if Lulu is dead. Most likely, jeah... But i wouldnt bet on it.

But no seriously. He was a great character, the plot though just went over the place. It was like a guy with a morning woody trying to take a piss but spraying it all over the place instead. Oh well, knightmare nunnally is looking very promising. Can't wait for more chapters to come out. Also you see sayako in the jail cell with the other girls close to the end, but she doesn't get anymore scenes or lines.

If they were going to pull off and make a quick money scheme like FMA and come out with a movie. It best be something good.

OMGAWD HIGURASHI STYLE YAY! Lulu wakes up to find everything started all over again and he has to find a way to prevent his death and making sure everyone is happy and doesn't die. This time though, Schneizel is a REAL loving brother and didn't become gay and drive a whole different retarded plot line. This time though its someone else that's god mad we don't know who yet. Also he has to work to save his parents and not kill them this time.

10 years later. Lulu takes over tv broadcast system and sends message. "Sup bitches." World goes crazy and panics, "OMGAWD HE'S STILL ALIVE! WE'RE ALL DOOMED"! Mass suicides happening all over the world. Lulu is embarrassed at all the deaths he created because he was going to appear and explain what really happened ten years ago but he sees now that he just killed thousands with his return. He tries to explain and Suzaku, Kallen, Nunnally, Sayako, and Orange kun go WTF!? and say "How the fuck did he survive, he never told us this was part of his plan"! And then giant raging hole in the sky shows alternate universe of CG and crap going on and shows a more peaceful era and . . . GIANT METEOR MADE OF ANIMALS, TRASH, PEOPLE, AND OTHER OBJECTS WITH A LIL GREEN OBLONG HEADED KID RIDING IT FALLS FROM THE HOLE AND LANDS ON THEIR PLANET! NAAAA NANANANANAN NANANA dum dum dum dum dumdum NAAAAAAA NANANANANANA NA NANANANAAAAA!

First off i agree with diP with the fact that Leluch could still be alive but CG already says if you die in someone's arms you're pretty much DEAD forever ex: Shirley-why did she have to die T-T and Rolo- die with some respect on my part
also GSDAkatsuki best random ending i have every heard XD
but on my final note about the end is that what Leluch did was pretty much what the guys from Gundam00 did unite the entire world through hating them which also work and i figured this out right when Leluch went for the execution of the prisoners which i knew Leluch would never do and was probably part of some plan and there i end my shit CG=best anime i have watched this Year!!

great serie great ending and i absolutly think that lelouch is still alive and was on that cart.

because of that he needed to hide his face because every1 in the world knows him

and if you look really good you can see that the person on the cart has black hair

It's not like we would be able to tell anyway, since both CC and Lelouch's bangs cover their foreheads. I mean, how often have we seen CC's Code when her bangs aren't flying all over the place?

@ Gambler: We still don't know CC's real name, so I would imagine at least a sound episode where we hear it.

okay i know i have been a critic of Code Geass for the past half of this season but fuck it, that was fucking awesome, i mean congratulations to Clamp who managed to created an amazing series, fuck it up midway and then bring it right back around on the last episode. Seriously that was pretty fucking awesome...if only they hadn't killed Diethard... but hooray for Orange the Orange farmer

I still got my movie theory out there, what with Lelouch coming back to save the day from some "new/unknown" threat. It'll be full of nostalgia and plot fillers.

I think the director chose to do this as a metaphor that Lelouch had to face his guilt. As I look back through the series, a recurring theme of humor nature, its emotions, and consequences seems to stick out most to me among the many other allusion. So, although Nunnally as a final boss was surprising, when I think of it at an analytic level based on a thesis that "committing atrocities and sins will eventually lead to a confrontation to one's guilty conscience(super-ego)", it makes a shit load of sense.

I also have to say that the story couldn't have ended any better way.

Had Lelouch lived, what else could we be left to contemplate?
"Oh, he's alive, he's probably gonna ride off into the sunset of political dominance and social hatred", and then what? His death was to set-up a loop that should evil or injustice arrive in society, "Zero" will rise up and fight it, similar to Codename: V, if you will.


I also liked how everyone was happy, each character was able to derive at least a bit of happiness in this ending, with the exception of Nunnally. Sure, Kallen wasn't with Lelouch, she was still granted a world where society wouldn't shun her for acknowledging her Japanese heritage, which was her original goal was from the beginning. Anya regained her memories, and is currently enjoying the comical irony of working at an orange farm. The only people that have a right to feel dissatisfied are Nunnally and Suzaku, and Sayoko cause we don't know what happens to her. Nunnally is inferred to be the Empress of Britannia, but that serves no proof as to her happiness since the one person she loved is gone from her life, with Suzaku serving as her only confidant. Suzaku is also in the same boat in that not only has he lost a best friend and a loved one, he is left with the burden and responsibility of protecting this world.

and I still don't know my dear Waifu's name!

~Lol how the fuck did Suzaku jump over a Knightmare??? Dear God is he Super Human?
~Orange-kun... he really knew the plan all along?
~Poor Arthur he's gonna sit there and die lookin at Suzaku's Grave when it's just fake. Or will he find out that Zero = Suzaku?

Lelouch put a Geass on him for Schneizel to serve Zero. Suzaku is Zero so he serves him.

Well Lulu is definitely alive as he probably got the code from CC but the whole document of person dying after performing transaction didn't finish up. CC gets to continue living until she ages to death now as Lelouch is immortal and is going to spend whatever time she has left with him. Prob what most fans are guessing.


Anyways I'm liking the knightmare of nunnally story. Marianne of the Flash in the manga is actually a title for her in the military. Probably meaning she was a excellent knightmare pilot that owned people like a ninja. Nunnally is truly blind if she has her Geass clone of herself appear. It also means that she has never gotten her memories altered before. Another reason is because the Geass doll would have negated Charle's Geass over Nunnally if it did exist. So this gives a chance that Marianne really was assassinated with Nunnally in front of her and then had a coma and turned handicapped and blind. Also Nunnally in the manga version would probably have been more cooperative with Lulu in the anime and not fire nukes like random. In the manga there is one scene where she has her built up anger released and she curses the britanian empire and will destroy it. She doesn't necessarily take any lives, but she does wish to destroy the britannian empire though.

okay my bad should i blame sunrise then? and props to whoever predicted the Anya/Orange thing....
Oh and i came across a sick book recently called Procession of the Dead, check it out it has a lot of parallels to Code Geass and is a fairly sick book. I'd seriously recommend it to any who wants a good book to read

important people like Karen not knowing the truth... /cry

Im still trying to understand all who understood... i mean... some of them where crying when they saw what was happening and yet Karen at the end said that he probably would say he planned it

anyway... still reeling from the end, more organized (and less pac-man friendly) posts later...

This was a very nice ending for Code Geass, at least that's what I thought. Though it was not as epic as I thought it would've been, still good all the least, and during all of that my view for Nunnally was in full hate mode. Cause I just busted out laughing when she was trying to chase lulu in her wheel chair.

Yeah, It's over.

Kinda got a little bit sad when "you know what" happened.

Although I can see that an OVA is possible, but what will they add besides a couple of peoples epilogue, and maybe seeing "you know who" is alive.

But I doubt that "you know who" is alive. "Sunrise miracle resurrection" must stop or It's just going to be way predictable and way boring.

While that is true, an OVA would garner so much money, some people wouldn't care. There's no denying people would die for any type of a release, thus making the franchise the proverbial cashcow. Now if the project had a budget of 1 acorn, and the animation was so horrible Tamaki look'd good, then fans might not accept it, anything above that and Clamp(j/k Sunrise ;p) will be flowing with cash. I predict something will be out December or early next year, with a movie date about a month after the Dub in america finishes.

C.C line (not that she's talking to Lelouch mind you...she can see into the World of C) That wasn't tre...was it Lelouch...only makes sense if he's alive. The Crane is also a sign of long life sooo.....

then agian her line could have referred to the peace and the crane to the life of that peace (add to this her crying in the chruch)...and as much as the nihllist part of me says he died, logic says he lived.

It would go the way of EVA and the whole alternate universe where they were all students together(Including that one, gay angel) and Misato as a teacher.

The side stories had enough humor to pull in a crowd in it's own right. I'd love to see the gang all back together with the full year we were made to love them and all. (Why can't we have out guilty pleasures? Like the graphic novel I bought that was just filled with Code G parody. I love that little sucker. I should scan it for everyone sometime. XD)

It's possible he could survive if C.C. passed on her full power to Lelouche at the last moment. Though based on her own reaction at the end, hard to see it happening. (Though, why would she bring up immortality as if Lelouche would know about it? Might just be a rhetorical kind of thing, though.)
