^this. this is my issue. true onwers but in UBW it was used by Gilgamesh. since "all the treasure is mine" Gilgamesh is the 1st hero of the world, means that he is entitled to a NP no matter who holds them or when they are born as legends. it clashes since how is it possible to summon a hero that already possesses a NP then summon another hero wielding the same if the very core is the NP itself?
Noble Phantasms are generally based off of previous incarnations of weapons, and with each cycle of transmigration a weapon undergoes, it becomes weaker. If faced with their predecessors, newer incarnations will generally lose during a confrontation.
It's like, how they are known. For example, Gram (predecessor) and Caliburn (Incarnations). They are treated as a different NP, even if actually they are the same sword.
There are also cases where the NP does not 'incarnated' but gotten famous as itself, like Gae Bolg.
Strictly speaking, all weapons stored in GoB are technically nameless, the original Prototypes of the Noble Phantasms and the common points before they became objects of faith that act as the foundations for their legends. They are the original models of every legend, myth, and folklore. While Cú Chulainn has the Gáe Bolg that became famous, Gilgamesh possesses a weapon that later became the Gáe Bolg, but wasn't famous at the time Gilgamesh owned it. If weapons of a previous incarnation meet those that descended from them, such as Gram facing Caliburn, the deteriorated newer model will generally always lose.

Because Heroic Spirits themselves are constructs of prana. Didn't you see Lancer's spear disperse into prana once he broke it?
Noble phantasm does not have to be "made of" something. It could be a certain ability, like berserker's Knight of Honor. Therefore, calling it crystallized mysteries is the best, and if it has to be said NP is made using the imagination of humans as their core, and weapons or abilities owned by Heroic Spirits.

Inconvincible. It contridicts to as how Gae Dearg is able to bypass any construct of Prana. If what you claim is true, Gae Dearg would've ignored Excalibur altogether.
The term "mysteries" already proves that it's made of an material of unknown qualities than it's supposed theory of prana that you've stated.
Also, Servants are Spirits given
flesh and blood via the holy grail. It's prana that sustains their existence to the modern realm and giving them access to use their noble phantasm without using their own mana source whenever necessary.
Btw, I think servants are not made of flesh and blood, since
Gilgamesh gained his flesh body AFTER he made contact with the corrupted Grail content?
I mean, from what I know, they are spiritual body, with physical form and spirit form.
